Not Ordinary Halloween Pumpkin

Yeah, it’s that time of the year when we remember our loved ones, but at the same time we decorate our houses with spider nets, Jack-o- lanterns, watching scary movies, all for the purpose of chasing death. Well somebody loves scary, but this is for other people who always find a way how to transform any situation in glamour. I am one of those. I absolutely love glitter and everything sparkly. I have 3 rooms in house in sparkle walls and think which room will be next… So when it comes to decorations, I always trying to find ideas with glitter or rhinestones or something glamour. Let’s be honest, sparkle doesn’t mean glamour! You need to consider where to put sparkles and how much is enough so the object won’t become kitschy and distasteful.

For today I prepare you DIY treat. It’s beautiful and sophisticated with little bit of sparkle.

This lovely pumpkin was first colored in matte white. You can use acrylic color and paint it with brush or you can use spray color. For this smooth finish, my recommendation is to use spray color. Then, when color is dry, add BOO! rhinestones  and black witch hat. Well, your pumpkin now looks almost like the picture, but need few more details. At the root of the hat add ribbon and some feather. Well done, your pumpkin should look just like this one in the picture. Show me in comments your work.
